Vicki brings a diverse career background to her role as Business Services Client Support Officer at Power Tynan. With experience spanning administration, debt collection, professional driving, sewing, and even trampoline coaching, she has developed a unique skill set grounded in adaptability and problem-solving.
In her role, Vicki thrives on connecting with clients, listening to their stories, and uncovering the real issues so she can provide practical solutions. She especially enjoys advocating for clients, whether it’s navigating complex processes or successfully recovering funds, including from the ATO.
Her journey in administration began at a young age, assisting her mother with business operations, paperwork, and event coordination. This early exposure fostered her love of organisation, numbers, and client service—qualities that continue to define her professional approach today.
What Vicki values most about her role is the client interaction, as well as being part of a team that fosters a positive and inspiring culture. Her approachable nature, combined with her commitment to helping others, ensures clients feel supported and understood.
Beyond work, Vicki enjoys renovating, gardening, camping, riding motorbikes, and building projects, while also cherishing time with her family and puppies. Looking ahead, her dream is to one day retire on a spacious houseboat at Jacobs Well, surrounded by her beloved dogs.
