With more than a decade of experience across banking, finance and leadership roles, Teneil has held positions with Bendigo Bank, Heritage Bank, Westpac and Commonwealth Bank. Throughout her career, she developed a strong understanding of lending, business operations and customer service, while also building expertise in change management and leadership. Her move into mortgage broking was driven by a desire to provide clients with greater choice and access to solutions that aren't limited by a single lender's policies.

Teneil was first drawn to the finance industry through her interest in numbers, analytics and problem solving. She enjoys uncovering opportunities for clients and helping them achieve significant milestones, whether it's purchasing a first home, growing an investment portfolio or taking the next step in their financial journey. Seeing clients return over the years and achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Outside the office, Teneil enjoys camping, four-wheel driving and spending time with family, friends and her cavoodle puppy, Zoe. A family holiday to Greece sits at the top of her travel bucket list.
