Navin is an experienced Audit Partner with close to 20 years of audit and assurance expertise across Not‑for‑Profit organisations, Registered Clubs, Agriculture, Construction, Mining and a wide range of commercial industries. He is known for delivering thorough, efficient and tailored audit engagements that help strengthen compliance, enhance governance and improve financial reporting outcomes.

Navin began his career in Fiji as a Tax Auditor before moving to Australia, where he started as a Junior Auditor and progressed through senior audit roles. Over this time, he has built deep technical capability and a strong understanding of diverse operating environments, client needs and regulatory requirements.

He chose a career in audit early in his accounting studies, drawn to the analytical work of understanding how a business operates, why the numbers tell a particular story and validating whether that story is complete and reliable. Navin enjoys the investigative nature of audit, the requirements and the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide clear, meaningful insights.

Outside of work, Navin enjoys watching Rugby League especially cheering for the Brisbane Broncos as well as gardening and travelling. His bucket‑list goal is to explore both the USA and Canada.
