Morgan works across Special Projects at Power Tynan, supporting internal teams by strengthening systems, streamlining processes and building out the firm’s automation and AI capability. Known for a thoughtful, solutions‑focused approach, Morgan helps turn complex workflows into practical tools that make day‑to‑day work easier and more efficient for the team.
With a background in business management and economics, and currently in the final year of Business Economics studies at the University of Queensland, Morgan’s career to date has been shaped by both formal study and early exposure to real‑world business operations. Growing up around a family business spanning agriculture and commercial operations, Morgan developed a strong appreciation for how good systems and well‑designed processes can genuinely transform how a business operates. That experience sparked a natural interest in operations, automation and continuous improvement.
At Power Tynan, Morgan enjoys building automation solutions and watching the firm’s AI and systems capability evolve. Seeing a workflow come together and knowing it reduces friction for the team is one of the most rewarding parts of the role.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing golf, watching cricket and following agricultural commodity markets, with a keen interest in price movements, seasonal trends and global supply dynamics. One day, Morgan hopes to travel the world.
Morgan values the close‑knit nature of the Power Tynan team and appreciates the genuine sense of support, where people look out for one another and take the time to help each other succeed.
