Lyndall's journey into the financial realm is a testament to her resilience and adaptability. Formerly rooted in the realms of Hospitality and Retail, Lyndall found herself at a crossroads when unforeseen business decisions led to significant staff reductions. Amid this challenge, Lyndall decided to further her education, completing a Certificate IV in Small Business Management. As she delved into the financial and bookkeeping aspects of the course, she discovered her innate proficiency in the field. This revelation prompted her pursuit of a Diploma in Accounting.
The pivotal moment in Lyndall's career came when, amidst applying for bookkeeping positions, she reached out to the General Manager of a previous employer. This connection not only led to an interview for a bookkeeping role but also presented an unexpected opportunity for a Client Service Manager position. Lyndall embraced the challenge, excelling in the interview and ultimately having the privilege of choosing between the two roles.
Away from the professional arena, Lyndall channels her passion into renovating a charming old house affectionately named "Old Girl" with her husband. Her bucket list dream involves nurturing a menagerie of pet animals, including her delightful puppy Lumii.
