With qualifications as a Legal Secretary and Receptionist, Josie brings a calm and welcoming presence to the front desk. Her experience handling phones and interacting with clients ensures that everyone who walks through the door feels at ease.

Josie’s journey into reception began unexpectedly—stepping in during a staffing shortage revealed her natural ability to connect with people. What she enjoys most is meeting individuals from all walks of life and making their experience smooth and friendly.

Outside of work, Josie finds joy in dressage, gardening, and cooking. At the top of her bucket list is attending the World Equestrian Games in Aachen. She values the PT Team for its camaraderie, kindness, and the supportive environment where no question is ever too small.
