Hope brings two decades of experience in finance and human resources to her role as Culture & Success Manager at Power Tynan. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work at UniSQ, further strengthening her ability to support people and workplaces.
In her role, Hope focuses on the wellbeing of the team and building a workplace where people feel valued and motivated. Her career in HR began when she recognised the need for support within her workplace and successfully transitioned from finance to human resources. Since then, she has been committed to creating environments where people can thrive.
Hope was inspired to pursue this profession after witnessing the impact of workplace bullying and remains driven by the belief that every person has the right to feel respected and supported. She enjoys making a positive difference each day by helping colleagues feel engaged and appreciated.
Outside of work, Hope is a keen photographer and enjoys capturing moments through the lens. She values the warmth and inclusivity of the Power Tynan team, finding it a rewarding environment where people are genuinely cared for.
