Ellen Grinham is a Client Support Coordinator with over 15 years’ experience in financial services support. She ensures that the clients of Power Tynan have an exceptional experience by implementing effective processes and working closely with the Client Support team to provide coaching and development. Ellen is a rare find who is passionate about developing procedures and facilitating training, which led her to pursue this role after finding the perfect opportunity to apply her skills.
Ellen began her career in accounting, but soon discovered that the hands-on client support side of things was her true passion. She spent 12 years in client support roles in financial advice before moving to accounting almost three years ago. Ellen’s commitment to her clients and her team is unwavering, and she believes that building strong relationships is key to providing exceptional service.
Ellen's favourite aspect of her job is working with people. She gets to work with a great client support team, as well as a range of people across the broader business who are always willing to lend a hand. Ellen values the culture at Power Tynan, as everyone walks the talk, and the values and culture are embedded in everyday life.
Outside of work, Ellen's current passion project is fitting out her at-home library and reading as much as possible. She values spending time doing the things that make her happy.
