There have been a lot of rule changes in the super space which came into effect on 1 July 2022.

Generally, contributions to superannuation ceased or were severely limited once a member turned 65, but recent changes mean that most people no longer have a hard deadline of 65 (or more recently 67) anymore – they now have to be age 75 – a 10-year magic window in which to continue to boost their retirement savings.
