My Say with Brad Hancock - February 2026

Looking Forward: Vision, Growth, and Success in 2026

As we step into 2026, we do so with strong momentum and a clear foundation. The work completed over the past year has positioned us well and now the focus shifts from implementing change to embedding it, improving it, and using it to deliver greater value.

Across the business landscape, several trends continue to shape success. Digital maturity is becoming a true competitive advantage, with organisations increasingly using data, automation, and smarter workflows to drive productivity and make faster, better decisions. At the same time, customer expectations are rising. Customers are looking for clarity, consistency, and partners who deliver outcomes, not just activity. Agility remains critical too, as markets, technology, and service expectations continue to evolve.

In 2026, our goals align with these realities. We will build on our systems foundation by strengthening insight, improving efficiency, and refining the way we deliver services. We will continue investing in capability development so every team member can confidently lead within their role. And we will focus on collaboration across teams, turning shared expertise into stronger results for our customers.

As we move forward, our values remain central to how we operate. We have a passion for what we do and how we do it, and we will continue to bring energy and care to the way we serve our customers and support one another. We do what we say we will do because trust is earned through consistency, reliability, and follow-through. We are brave, and we will challenge what needs to be challenged to stay relevant and deliver better outcomes. We are authentic and respectful in all that we do, recognising that strong relationships are built on integrity and professionalism. And we learn, improve, and share, because continuous improvement is not a one-off project, but an ongoing commitment.

Success in 2026 will not be defined by change alone, but by how we use it. With focus, accountability, and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes, we are well positioned for a year of progress and lasting impact. We look forward to working with all our clients and partners in 2026.
