Ayu is the friendly face that greets you when you enter Power Tynan's Toowoomba office. With a Certificate III in Hospitality and over two years' experience in hotel reception, Ayu brings strong customer service and problem-solving skills to her role as Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for clients, Ayu is always ready to assist with any general enquiries and ensure clients feel welcomed and comfortable, Her passion for connecting with people and helping them in any way possible is what drew her in to this profession, and she is committed to continually improving herself and striving towards a management role within the industry. Ayu finds joy in day-to-day interactions with clients and team members, creating positive relationships and making everyone feel included.

Outside of work, Ayu enjoys trying out various artistic endeavours and baking, especially for her little one. Her bucket list item is to travel around Europe.
